Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of https://shift-code.net (the "Site") and the services of Shift Code ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. Our services

We build websites, run online advertising campaigns and automate lead handling for businesses. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed with the client in writing before work starts.

2. Internal tools and third-party platforms

We use an internal tool that connects to the Threads API to find public posts in which people ask for web development or advertising services. This tool is used only by our staff and is not offered to the public. We follow the Meta Platform Terms and the Threads API policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Threads.

3. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, send spam or malicious code through our forms, or use the Site for anything unlawful.

4. Content and intellectual property

The Site's content, design and code belong to Shift Code or its licensors. Work created for a client belongs to the client after full payment, unless the project agreement says otherwise.

5. Contact and replies

If you answer a post or message from us, the conversation is voluntary and you can end it at any time. We do not send automated messages to people on Threads.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy: https://shift-code.net/privacy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Dnipro, Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
